30-year-old Man Fatally Stabbed In The Vicinity of Penfold Court, Off Carmichael Road
Police are investigating a fatal stabbing incident in the vicinity of Penfold Court, off Carmichael Road on Sunday, resulting in the death of a 30-year-old man.
“According to preliminary reports, police were alerted shortly before midnight and responded to the scene. Upon arrival, officers found the victim lying in front of a residence with apparent injuries to the neck. Emergency Medical Services examined the man and confirmed that he showed no signs of life.”
“Initial information indicates that the victim had been attending a social gathering in the area with residents of the community when he became involved in an altercation with another man, believed to also be from the area. Both individuals reportedly left the gathering while arguing and headed in the same direction.”
“A short time later, the victim was seen running north along the street with a stab wound to the neck. He subsequently collapsed and became unresponsive. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.”
