BUAPE President: “Once You Come In, You Stay At That Position Forever”
Bahamas Union Of Auxiliary Professionals In Education, President Ernesto Williams, telling Our News this morning that the union presented the Bahamas Technical & Vocational Institute with upward career paths for the employees from November 2025, adding that the BUAPE does not agree with the institution’s response that there isn’t enough space for promotions.
