HERBAL COOP. URGES ST. LUCIA TO RECLASSIFY MARIJUANA
Andre de Caires, President of the Herbal Cooperative, has expressed support for the U.S. Department of Justice’s decision to reclassify marijuana.
He is calling on local authorities to accelerate the implementation of regulations, allowing saint lucia to more effectively capitalize on the advantages of the plant and the potential of the burgeoning industry.
