Prime Minister and Castries East Parliamentary Representative Hon. Philip J. Pierre has sent a strong message to his constituents during the presentation of a steel pan donation to the Diamond Steel Orchestra.
The community-based group, founded by Gregory ‘Shining’ Emmanuel, warmly received the contribution as it strives to revive its historic presence and strengthen its role in Saint Lucia’s Carnival tradition.
