DELCER WELLNESS CENTRE REOPENS AFTER MAJOR UPGRADES TO IMPROVE HEALTH SERVICES AND RESILIENCE.
The Delcer Wellness Centre has reopened to the community following EC$843,000 in SMART rehabilitation upgrades under the OECS Regional Health Project, strengthening its ability to withstand disasters and respond to public health emergencies.
