The launch of the Tobago Carnival took centre stage last night at the Comfort Inn and Suites Hotel, offering a vibrant showcase of culture and innovation. For the past three years, the celebrations have carried the theme « Ritual, Revelry, and Release, ». However, this year, organisers revealed a fresh theme, “Mud, Mas, and Music”.
