Yesterday, as Trinidad and Tobago celebrated its 49th anniversary of becoming a republic,
Hochoy Charles was conferred the nation’s highest accolade posthumously, the Order of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (ORTT), in recognition of his extraordinary service and unwavering dedication to the people of Tobago.
