WILL TOBAGO GET ADDITIONAL FLIGHTS IN TIME FOR OCTOBER CARNIVAL?
With less than a month to go before the Tobago October Carnival, no additional flights have been announced by Caribbean Airlines.
Secretary of Education and Acting Secretary of Tourism, Zorisha Hackett, stated that she has been in discussions with Eli Zakour, Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, and Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo, who has direct oversight of Caribbean Airlines, as well as Leader of Government Business Barry Padarath.
Officials have assured that Tobago will receive the necessary relief, and sources say it is only a matter of time before arrangements are finalised.
