Ciceron Secondary students are getting a fresh taste of sustainability, thanks to a new partnership between LUCELEC and the Department of Agriculture. The Sustainable Snack Initiative is planting the seeds of healthy eating—literally—by growing local fruit trees on the school grounds to provide students with natural, nutritious snacks while greening their environment.
