PRIME MINISTER DETAILS GOVERNMENT'S COMMITMENT TO JOB SECURITY FOR HOMECARE WORKERS
At the latest Monday press briefing, Saint Lucia’s Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre sought to explain the tenure accorded the elder care workers, previously on annual contracts, as they transition to full-time positions for greater stability.
This change, he explained, addresses their specific needs under the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund (SSDF).
