CCJ DISMISSES CHASTANET CUSTOMS APPEAL, CITES WASTE OF JUDICIAL TIME
The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) Wednesday delivered a final ruling dismissing Former Prime Minister Allen Chastanet’s constitutional challenge against the withdrawal of a customs prosecution originally brought against Minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire.
