EVERY CHILD COUNTS: OECS STUDENT CENSUS TO DRIVE POLICY REFORM IN CARIBBEAN EDUCATION
History is being made across the OECS today as every student, from kindergarten to secondary, participates in a single, region-wide census. OECS Director General Dr. Didacus Jules championed the confidential survey as the necessary first step to capture the « voice of the learner » and fundamentally transform the sub-region’s education system.
