CARRERA PRISON ESCAPEE RECAPTURED
A three-day manhunt in western Trinidad, has come to a dramatic end. Police and prison officials have recaptured escaped inmate Jamal Joseph, who was spotted struggling in the waters off Carenage. The 26-year-old inmate, who slipped away from the Carrera Convict Prison last Friday 14, November, didn’t make it far.
