HIGH COURT EXPOSES $30M FRAUD SCHEME
In a media release, a blistering High Court ruling has uncovered a sprawling $30 million fraud scheme inside a major financial institution, involving two loan officers and six roll-on/roll-off car dealerships. The judgment, delivered on November 20th, 2025, has been formally referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Commissioner of Police, and the Minister of Trade and Industry to consider criminal charges and whether the implicated dealerships should lose their operating licences.
