NEWSDAY SHUTS SCARBOROUGH OFFICE
The media landscape of the twin-island state is shifting as sources confirm the imminent closure of the Newsday Tobago office in Scarborough. The office, located in the TLH Building, is set to shut its doors at the end of November, signalling a major operational restructure by the national daily.
All current Tobago-based reporting staff are being transferred to Newsday’s main administrative headquarters in Trinidad.
