2026 National Honours Awards
The Advisory Committee for National Honours held a press briefing Monday morning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, notifying the public that they are accepting nominations for the 2026 National Honours Awards until March 31st, 2026.
According to Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Chairman of the National Honours Committee, Fred Mitchell, nomination forms are available on The Bahamas’ government website at bahamas.gov.bs, the Cabinet Office at the Trade Winds Buildings for residents in New Providence, and any Office of Administrator for those living in the Family Islands. He added that forms must be submitted to the National Honours Secretariat in the Cabinet Office.
