Affordable Prosthetics Coming Soon for Persons with Disabilities(APRIL 28TH, 2026)
The Minister for Persons with Disabilities announced plans to develop affordable, locally made prosthetics to improve accessibility.
The initiative, which includes the launch of the National Disability Registry and production facilities, is scheduled to begin by mid-2026.
