CONCESSIONS REINSTATED FOR HOLIDAYS
The government of Saint Lucia has once again instituted the popular duty-free barrel concession initiative, which will run from October 15, 2025, to February 2026. Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre briefly discussed the initiative ahead of Tuesday’s house sitting, confirming the program’s return for the holiday season.
