Court dismisses Chastanet’s unsupported claims(DECEMBER 11TH, 2025)
The Court dismissed United Workers Party Leader Allen Chastanet’s claims as baseless, ordered him to pay damages, and prohibited him from making similar statements in the future. Chastanet, who received only an oral summary of the ruling, intends to appeal. This decision adds to his string of legal defeats in 2025, following recent judgments against him by the CCJ and High Court.
