Crystal Bevin Ashe Elected TTUTA President
Members of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association (TTUTA) have elected a new President.
Crystal Bevin Ashe defeated incumbent Martin Lum Kin in TTUTA’s election held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025.
Mr. Ashe received 3,546 votes, ahead of Mr. Lum Kin’s 1,019 votes.
Nigel Figaro was elected Second Vice-President with 4,395 votes, Sue-Anne Marchan was elected General Secretary, and Dillon Chad Harracksingh was elected as Treasurer.
