Culture Minister: “There Is No Agreement with JCNP To Manage Parades”
Culture Minister Mario Bowleg says government is responsible for the national parades that will take place on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The minister says any private entity has the right to host their own Junkanoo parades but the national parades will be managed by the National Junkanoo Committee.
