Cyclist Makaira Wallace Wins TTOC Junior Sportswoman Of The Year And People’s Choice Awards
Trinidad and Tobago female cyclist Makaira Wallace received two honours at the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee’s 31st Annual Awards Ceremony on Monday, copping both the 2025 Junior Sportswoman of the Year and People’s Choice Awards.
Wallace, who won a host of medals in her first senior year and is currently training for the Pan American Championships in Quebec, Canada, thanked her parents and coaches for being the driving force behind her success this year.
