Devotees Mark Good Friday With Stations Of The Cross In Las Lomas
Devotees from the St Raphael Parish gathered from as early at 5am on Good Friday to participate in the Stations of the Cross through the Las Lomas community.
This solemn trek depicts Jesus Christ’s last day on Earth starting with his condemnation and ending with his burial.

With prayerful voices raised before the sun rose, members of the St Raphael Parish gathered at Las Lomas Primary School to begin the 14 steps of the Stations of the Cross.
Parish Priest Father Raymond Francis explained the significance of this annual devotion.
Father Raymond noted that this commemoration holds another significance.
The procession ended at the Las Lomas Roman Catholic School with song, prayer and reflection.
TTT News caught up with some young parishioners who reflected on the Lenten season and the lessons learned from participating in the Stations of the Cross procession.
During this season of reflection, Head Server for the San Raphael Parish Micquel Marcano is encouraging other young people to choose Jesus.
