District 8 and SRDF collaborate on Independence
Students across District 8 took center stage in observance of Saint Lucia’s 47th Independence anniversary through a series of educational and cultural activities in Soufriere. The initiatives, collaboration between the Soufriere Regional Development Foundation and the District 8 Education Office, combined academic competition with creative expression. Activities opened with a “Know Your Island” quiz and concluded with a district-wide rally.
