DOMA, Vendors Call For Action To Boost Shopping In The Capital City
Vendors and business owners in downtown Port of Spain have expressed concern about the unanticipated, slow shopping activity during this Christmas season.
The President of the Downtown Owners and Merchants Association (DOMA), Gregory Aboud, said several changes need to happen to encourage people back to the city.
