Investment Minster Dr. Ernest Hilaire in a sustained defence of the management of the islands Citizenship by Investment Programme, has described the oppositions attacks as malicious, targeted attempts to tarnish the islands standing .
Dr. Hilaire is reassuring the public that the programme will operate above board, pledging to continue to place transparency at the core of its operations.
