FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS ILLUMINATES CASTRIES CITY WITH DYNAMIC NEW & TRADITIONAL ELEMENTS
A blend of new activities married with traditional elements, formed the expanded Festival of Lights celebration on December 12th into National Day. The occasion which was spearheaded by the cultural development foundation, drew large numbers which revelled in the moment.
