Government To Enhance Witness Protection Program(JANUARY 30TH, 2026)
Prime Minister Hon. Philip J. Pierre announced increased funding and new legal safeguards to modernise Saint Lucia’s Witness Protection Programme.
He thanked the French Government for its continued assistance to the national K 9 Unit, promising expanded training and resources.
These measures are part of a broader strategy to strengthen law enforcement capabilities and safeguard public safety across the island.
