Gros Islet MP Defends Borrowing to Fix Saint Lucia’s Water System(MARCH 10TH, 2026)
Gros Islet MP Hon. Kenson Casimir defended the government’s borrowing to repair water infrastructure, citing longstanding leaks, aging pipelines, and drought-related shortages.
He said upgrades to the northern pipeline and Theobalds Dam will improve water supply for nearly 30,000 residents.
