HEALTH OFFICERS TRAINED IN EMERGENCY RISK COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES
In a proactive move to strengthen the nation’s public health response, Public Health Officers from the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs recently completed an intensive one-day workshop focused on Advanced Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication and Social and Behaviour Change — equipping them with critical tools to effectively plan and execute communication strategies during disasters and health emergencies.
