More than 300 people stepped out in Tortuga on Sunday, not just for the views but for a bold show of inclusion, marking World Down Syndrome Day in a way that couldn’t be ignored.
The ROCK’ur SOCKS Scenic Nature Walk, an initiative of the Tortuga Village Council, turned every step into a statement: our differences aren’t division they’re our strength.
