The long-awaited Anse La Raye Bridge is entering one of its most challenging and crucial stages, as engineers begin installing fourteen massive, 20-ton concrete girders — a process requiring precision, heavy machinery, and tight traffic coordination. With the project now 65 percent complete, officials say the operation marks a major step toward meeting the goal of completing the new two-lane bridge by late December.
