An incident involving a smoke bomb has prompted a full investigation by the Ministry of Culture and Community Development in Trinidad and Tobago. The event took place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, during the finals of the Miss La Reine Rive competition, held at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts.
According to a holding statement released by the Ministry, a contestant set off a smoke bomb on stage.
