Now-former Senator Maxine Seymour resigned from the Senate today explaining she has held a simple belief since entering public life – leadership is not about occupying a seat but holding space for others. Opposition Leader Michael Pintard announced that former Bahamas Hotel Catering and Allied Workers Union President Nicole Martin will replace Seymour.
