Minister of Culture: “It Has To Be A Collaboration Effort”
Minister of Youth, Sports & Culture, Mario Bowleg, says that even though Junkanoo parades are managed by the National Junkanoo Committee (NJC), Junkanoo is a collaboration effort between Junkanooers, and parade management. He adds that this “collaboration effort” will allow parades to be executed smoother.
