New Addition to Junior Lucian Carnival 2026(APRIL 29TH, 2026)
Tourism officials and the Carnival Planning and Management Committee (CPMC) revealed a new vision for the Junior Carnival.
The initiative aims to promote cultural growth, creativity, and national pride among young people.
The vision was announced at the official Junior Carnival Launch on Wednesday, April 29th.
