The Minister for Youth Development and Sports continues his mission to ensure the island’s talent can thrive on the internaional stage, with sustained investment in programmes designed to develop athletes from grassroots to elite level. But beyond government efforts, the minister stresses that parents, schools, and communities all play a critical role in supporting young people pursuing careers in sports.
With eyes set on future Olympic success, he says the country is refining its talent pool ahead of the next Games—aiming for even more podium finishes.
