PRD Commissioner: We’ve Received Around 20,000 Applications; Expecting a Robust Advanced Poll
Parliamentary Registration Department (PRD) Commissioner, Harrison Thompson, releases data on the number of voters who’ve applied for the advanced poll on April 30th. Thompson says that PRD has received roughly 20,000 applications, and that they expect a robust advanced poll. Thompson adds that there will be 12 polling stations in New Providence, including one at the University of The Bahamas for family island voters. He’s advising voters to pay close attention to where their polling divisions are located.
