RBDF Provides Relief Supplies To Jamaica
The Royal Bahamas Defence Force HMBS Lawrence Major has docked in Port Falmouth, Jamaica Sunday, bringing in critical supplies to the country after Hurricane Melissa. Amongst the supplies was a desalination system that produces 1000 gallons of portable water per hour, and stores roughly 7500 gallons. Jamaican Governor General Representative, Desiree Gobern and Jamaican Defense Force Major Gladstone Linton say they are grateful for the support.
