The vibrant sounds of steel pan will once again take centre stage in Tobago as young musicians prepare for Rhythm of the Isles 2: School Steel Pan Festival. Hosted by the Multicultural Unit of the Division of Education, Skills & Innovation. The event brings together primary and secondary school students in a celebration of culture, creativity, and national pride.
