RSLPF CORRECTS NARCOTIC IDENTIFICATION IN RECENT OPERATION
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) has issued a public clarification regarding the narcotics recovered during an operation conducted on Friday, October 17, 2025 at port Castries.
The RSLPF confirmed Thursday that one of the substances seized was MDMA crystals, not crystal meth as was previously reported in the local media.
Inspector Shervon Mathieu of the gangs, narcotics and firearms unit addressed the risks associated with the drug and its illicit use.
