Soufriere Regional Development Foundation signed a 3 year Collective Agreement with the CSA union
A new chapter in employer–union relations is now underway at the Soufriere Regional Development Foundation, following the signing of a three-year Collective Agreement with the Saint Lucia Civil Service Association, an agreement aimed at strengthening staff relations and securing stability through 2027.
