STUDENTS APPLYING FOR SCHOLARSHIPS NO LONGER NEED FINANCIAL CO-SIGNERS
The Saint Lucia Labour Party (SLP) administration has eliminated the requirement for students applying for scholarships to secure a financial guarantee. Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre announced that the government now only requests a character reference from applicants. The decision was announced during the latest pre-cabinet media briefing.
