SUSPECT DIES IN CUSTODY
Investigators will now have to figure out exactly what led to the death of a 35 year old man, while in police custody.
According to the authorities, while trying to take the burglary suspect to court for an arraignment, he resisted and had to be subdued by several officers. Soon after he was found unresponsive. EMS personnel tried to revive him but pronounced him dead on the scene.
The unidentified man was in police custody for 2 days at the Fox Hill Station awaiting charges.
