Tech Bites - COSTAATT's AI Chatbot Earns Innovation Award And Student Praise
The College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago created an AI chatbot to better connect with students and improve customer service. The chatbot was well-received by students and earned the college the 2024 P.R.A.I.S.E. Award for Innovation.
