TOURISM CARNIVAL TASK FORCE RE ENERGIZED
The Tobago House of Assembly today signalled a shift in focus towards Tobago’s participation in the 2026 National Carnival at its National Carnival Media Briefing
A Carnival Task Force which was activated since September 2025 is newly expanded and. continues to advise and guide the direction of the island’s National and Tobago Carnival experience.
On the Task Force are skilled experts such as Dr. Charleston Thomas, as Chairman. Alongside him are Elvis Radgman and Anselm Richards, providing technical oversight on the financial framework.
