Saint Lucia’s Tourism and Citizenship by Investment (CIP) Minister, Hon. Ernest Hilaire, has announced a decisive step to restore public trust. Following months of criticism from the opposition United Workers Party (UWP) during the election campaign, Hilaire pledged to present all CIP-related documents—including financial reports—to Cabinet. This move aims to address corruption claims, quell opposition narratives, and affirm the program’s integrity.
