TTCG Recovers Body In Waters Off Five Islands
The body of a man who was reported missing on Friday has been recovered by members of the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard.
In a statement, the TTCG said recovery operations took place at approximately 5:43pm on Monday in waters off Five Islands.
The TT Coast Guard said it responded to reports that a body was seen floating there. It added that the man’s vessel was found adrift in the same area.
The matter was handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
