TTPS WARNS PUBLIC AGAINST DEEP FAKE INVESTMENT SCAMS
Police are today warning citizens about a surge in the number of sophisticated online investment scams. The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service says scammers now use deep-fake technology. These fraudulent ads use the likeness of prominent local figures to lure victims.
