1.7 earthquake suspected as cause of shaking on Roosevelt Island

People on Roosevelt Island reported what they believed to be multiple explosions that caused their buildings to shake around 6 a.m. Tuesday. Officials now confirm an earthquake hit the area near Astoria just minutes before. CBS New York's Christina Fan reports from the scene.
